Juliana Panetta was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil where she attended the University of São Paulo (USP) before moving to Minnesota and completing her Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations. She has a Juris Doctor/Doctor of Law from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she was awarded a prestigious Dean’s Scholarship. Juliana has particular expertise in Corporate, Employment and Immigration Law, having experience as an Associate Corporate Counsel for a futures and options derivatives exchange and having worked as a Paralegal for the fifth largest commercial bank in the United States. Juliana joined Future iQ Partners as In-house Attorney.
Juliana is an unapologetic optimist who is passionate about problem solving and coming up with creative legal solutions for complex situations. Her in-house legal experience has allowed her to work alongside business leaders to develop legal and corporate strategies that fit their long term goals.
She is a longtime volunteer of Children’s HeartLink, lending her Portuguese language skills to a nonprofit that supports the formation of self-sustaining centers of excellence in the treatment of pediatric congenital heart disease around the developing world.
Juliana’s core beliefs regarding future planning and strategic development were largely shaped by her interactions with Children’s HeartLink. The future, she believes, is created through open information sharing, trusting personal relationships, and committed capacity building.
Juliana feels that working with Future iQ Partners draws on her experience and skills by allowing her to work collaboratively with clients and team members, finding positive and enriching solutions to fulfill their legal or otherwise needs.
