Project Overview

In the Netherlands, the responsibility and initiative for development – partly due to budget cuts – has shifted from a national and provincial to a regional and local level.. At the same time, new leaders and futurists are assessing how the future may evolve. The Future Game and Scenario Planning were carried out with regional experts, academics and futurists in a number of sessions between 2011 and 2013.
