Dr. James Fisher has been collaborating with Future iQ for nearly 7 years. James has worked on collaborative Future iQ projects in the Australian Grain and Horticulture industries, and scenario planning work in Ireland.
James’s research experience includes aspects of both livestock and cropping, with an emphasis on systems issues. He and his company, Désirée Futures, has worked on regional futures, the impact of season on crop production, systems modeling, nutrient cycling, soil acidification and reproduction in sheep. He was the co-developer of the original Future Game and related scenario planning and analysis. James brings a rigorous scientific understanding and perspective to his work, and has co-authored several published scientific papers with Future iQ.
