Project Overview

The Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County (CAPHC) is the predominant agency in Hennepin County, addressing poverty. CAPHC’s mission is to improve the quality of life in the County by creating and supporting links between individuals and communities through service, education and collaboration. The organization is going through a period of rapid change and has embarked upon a strategic planning effort in order to efficiently and effectively meet the needs of low income people within their service area. Future iQ is engaging in a broad based stakeholder engagement process in order to develop a comprehensive strategic plan. This plan, spanning one, three and five years, will allow CAPHC to confidently address new challenges while maintaining the excellent standard they have worked hard to achieve to date
