Project Overview
Future iQ worked with Greater Bemidji to update their five-year organizational strategic action plan.
This planning built on the previous highly effective action plan that has brought regional stakeholders together over the past 10 years. In updating the plan, the aim was to build on current successes and incorporate new actions relative to a changing future landscape.
The strategic action plan update builds on the following core functions of what Greater Bemidji does:
- Promote the region
- Support entrepreneurs
- Grow, attract and retain talent
- Support business growth and development
- Pursue bold ideas
The Greater Bemidji strategic action planning process lasts approximately three months and includes a Strategy Review Survey and a half-day strategic planning session with Board Members. The project will produce a Strategic Action Plan that guides Greater Bemidji leadership for the next five years.
