Future iQ has just released the Lorain County Strategic Action Plan in Ohio. This Plan reflects the seven month planning process that Future iQ undertook with Lorain County Ohio Government and the community members of Lorain County. We had over 2,000 people taking part in this extensive engagement process looking out to the future of Lorain County in 2035. David discusses the importance of the 10 year Plan and its intended impact on the future of Lorain County. 

Future iQ is working with the Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs to strengthen its relationship with the Madison, WI community through community engagement, education, and a comprehensive Communications Plan. This project is funded by the Department of Defense and aims to build a stronger relationship between the Madison community and the 115th Fighter Wing at Madison’s Truax Field through education and engagement. David talks about sustainable tourism from the iconic and world renowned Lake Tahoe in Northern California. David discusses the Truckee, California project that Future iQ is embarking upon. Truckee is another iconic destination, just north of Lake Tahoe and Future iQ is working on a Stewardship Plan regarding balancing the impacts and offsetting the negative impacts of tourism in order to retain the beauty and liveability for residents.

David introduces the Town of Falmouth Vision and Values project from Maine, USA. Future iQ has been working with the Town of Falmouth during 2021, as the project consultant on this long-term community visioning project. To date, nearly 2,000 people have contributed their thoughts about their desired future direction of the community.

David introduces the Envision East Central Iowa project from Iowa, USA. This project is crafting a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for this six-county region. The strategy will be an important tool to assist regional leaders navigate their recovery from the pandemic and build a thriving and competitive regional economy.

David introduces The Middle Georgia Innovation Project from the Museum of Aviation, Warner Robins, Georgia. This is a Dept. of Defence Office of Economic Adjustment (OEA)l funded project.
